Data protection
The personal data collected during the visit to this website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27. April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Security
We take technical, organisational and security measures to protect the data we hold against manipulation, loss, destruction or interference by unauthorised persons.
Right to information
Upon request, we will notify you within 14 days whether and what personal data we currently record about you (see the Data Protection Code). If we find that we are recording incorrect information, we will correct it on request.
Questions about the processing of your personal data can be directed to info@tektonika-ploty.cz, where you can also send suggestions or complaints.
We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and therefore that:
we will only process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal ground, in particular a legitimate interest, the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or consent,
we comply with the information obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR prior to the processing of personal data,
we will enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Data Protection Act and GDPR
Data Protection Code
When you visit our website, we record the following data in the standard way:
- the IP address assigned to you by your ISP
- the website from which you visit us
- the websites you visit with us, as well as the date and duration of your visit
By entering your personal data on one of our websites, you agree to receive commercial information. We use this personal data for technical site administration, administration, surveys and marketing purposes – and only in the way that is necessary for this.
Use and transfer of personal data
We only use your personal data for technical website administration, customer administration, product surveys and marketing purposes.
The transfer of personal data to state institutions and authorities shall only take place within the framework of binding legal regulations. Outside of these exceptional situations, we are bound by confidentiality.
Possibility to opt out
We only use your data to inform you about our products and services or to get your opinion about them. Everything is of course voluntary. Should you disagree with the data management, you can notify us at any time so that we can delete the data accordingly. Cookies
We use the so-called. cookies so that we can track visitor preferences and optimize the site accordingly. Cookies are harmless little “files” that are stored on your hard drive. This leads to easier navigation and a high level of user experience on the website. Cookies can be used, for example. to see if you have already visited our site from your computer. If you wish, you can deactivate the use of cookies yourself in your browser settings.
Scope of personal data and purposes of processing
We process personal data that you entrust to us for the following reasons (to fulfil these purposes):
● provision of services, contract performance
your personal data in the scope of: email, name, surname, phone, address we need for the performance of the contract (e.g. sending accesses to the application, sending an online course, delivery of goods, etc.).
● bookkeeping
If you are a customer, we necessarily need your personal data (billing data) in order to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.
● marketing
Transfer of personal data to third parties
Your personal data can be accessed by our employees. We use the services and applications of processors to provide specific processing operations that we cannot provide in-house. They are providers of the following platforms:
SmartSelling a.s. (SmartEmailing, MioWeb, FAPI, Proaffil), GoPay, Facebook, Google, Webinar Jam. It is possible that in the future we may decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve the quality of processing. However, we promise you that in this case we will place at least the same demands on the processor for security and quality of processing as we do on ourselves.
Data transfer outside the European Union
All processing of personal data will be carried out within the EU.
Your rights in relation to the protection of personal data
You have a number of rights in relation to data protection. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email: info@tektonika-ploty.cz. You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the personal data processing policy. Thanks to the right of access, you can ask us at any time and we will provide you with evidence within 30 days of what personal data we are processing and why. If something changes or you find your personal data outdated or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data completed and amended.
Right to restriction of processing
You can exercise your right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your data inaccurately, if you believe that we are processing unlawfully but do not want to delete all of your data, or if you have objected to the processing. You can limit the scope of the personal data or the purposes of the processing. (e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter you limit the purpose of the processing for sending commercial communications.)
Right to portability
If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will follow the same process as for exercising your right of access – except that we will supply the information to you in machine-readable form. We need at least 30 days here.
Right to erasure (to be forgotten)
Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). In this case, we will delete all of your personal data from our system and the system of all sub-processors and backups. We need 7 days to secure the right to erasure. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, e.g. we have to keep records of the tax documents issued for the period prescribed by law. In this case, we will therefore delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.
Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that we are not treating your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Authority at any time with your complaint. We would be very pleased if you would first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any possible wrongdoing.
